collection upload issue

i cant upload more than 154 cards. i formatted it correctly but no matter what when i press upload it does nothing no errors no succes page nothing so i refresh and there are the first 154 cards on the list uploaded no more and no less but i know its reading all 1700 because when its formatted wrong it just gives me the error for each of them
