Rivalry of Warlords - Metalmorph

Rivalry of Warlords is an official alternate format where duelists compete using pre-constructed decks which is commonly available at YCSs and other large tournaments. First introduced in 2022 with a pool 17 decks. As of 2025, the format has been revamped with 32 decks now available. Some decks are entirely new to the format, while others return (with changes) from the original iternation. There are other changes too, some decks now include powerful cards banned in the advanced format. This is part of ongoing project, it is my intention to track down all 32 new decklists. So far I have found 10/32. Thanks to JMT123456789 on reddit for taking photos of ten of the original pdfs. I would also like to create copies of these later down the line. 

The metalmorph strategy features famous monsters from the legendary duel between Bandit Keith and Joey Wheeler. Use Metal Illusionist To set powerful Metalmorph traps from your deck, including Max Metalmorph which can tribute a monster to summon a Metal monster with the same type from your deck. This deck has a slow and methodical gameplan assisted by powerful staple spell/trap cards to stay in the game. Rest assured if the game goes long, you have the upper hand.
